56 state owned companies have still not yet adapted to environment conditions pending arrangement of the required financing worth some L.E. 1.5 billion investments. Meanwhile & according to Gen. Eng. Maged George, Minister of State for Environment Affairs, other 125 state owned factories have completed their adaptation to environment conditions under L.E. 1.9 billion investments. The Minister stressed his Ministry & the EAA – Environment Affairs Agency, are in a position to support those, still violating factories, to adapt to the Environment law by extending soft loans or non-refundable grants. |
