| Description | An agreement was recently signed between Ministry of International Cooperation & Ministry of Education on arranging $ 50 million foreign funding to back Early Childhood Support Projects in 18 governorates. That included $ 20 million soft loan from the World Bank, $ 14 million grant from CIDA of Canada & $ 16 million grant in kind from the World Food Program. Scheme provides for the construction of 7,000 new classrooms. |
