| Description | SEMAF – Egyptian General Co. for Railways Equipment was recently sold to A.O.I. – Arab Organization for Industrialization for about L.E. 120 million. So far SEMAF was part of the Metallic Industries Holding Co. Deal will be effected via the Cairo Stock Exchange. As such A.O.I would turn into a major player in the manufacturing & supply of rolling stock for traction projects. Earlier media reports indicated that SEMAF disposes on L.E. 750 million + contracts on hand.
