| Description | State owned GPC – General Petroleum Co. has announced it has hit a new offshore crude oil find in Suez Gulf. Find is located to the east of Bakr southern field. It was tested at a rate of 3,300-barrels/ day. It adds about 30 million barrels to the country crude oil reserves. GPC sales of crude oil during 2003/ 2004 reached L.E. 1,837 million with net profits put at L.E. 841 million. |
