| Description | Egypt Minister of Tourism has announced that Egypt is trying to attract $ 4 billion investments over the next 10 years to build 150,000 new hotel rooms. He indicated that plans are put to build annually 10,000 - 15,000 rooms, whereby each room requires up to $ 60,000 investments. That means Egypt would require $ 900 million annual investments, half of which to be effected in foreign currency. |
