Arab Co. for Tourist Projects has bought out the remaining 30 % shares in Cairo Sheraton Hotel under $ 50 million deal. The deal covered the shares of both the Holding Co. for Housing, Tourism & Cinema and EGOTH shares in the National Co. for Tourism & Hotels.
