Dallah Co. for Real Estate Investment has announced it has started works on three real estate development projects under L.E. 200 million investments. They include an administrative building, an educational complex project & a health care complex project, apart from another tourist project on the Bitter Lakes to build luxurious housing units & chalets. According to Eng. Gamal Affifi, CEO of the Company, annual turnover of the company in 2004 reached L.E. 100 million & is projected to increase by 20 % in 2005. N.B. Company is affiliated to Dalla El Baraka Group of Sheikh Saleh Kamel, also majority owner of the Saudi Egyptian Finance House. |
