22,000 feddans land has been allocated by Giza Governorate in El Wahat El Bahariya for agricultural & tourist investment projects also for related services. According to Giza Governor, Dr. Fathi Saad, land will be offered to investors in public auction by sealed envelopes. Figure includes 20,000 feddans for agricultural projects & 653 feddans for tourist projects apart from 1,173 feddans for service activities. The Governor indicated that an agreement was reached with the Ministry of Agriculture for the investigation & analyses of soil to enable identify recommended crops & plantations. |
