Scope of work will include : (1) Preparing the documentation & conditions book to invite the consulting bureaus & expertise houses. (2) Analyzing the bids & choosing the best & assisting in negotiations until reaching the final contract. (3) Assisting in the follow up of implementation & insuring the quality in accordance with the contract. Bidder must submit the following : (1) Prequalification & past performance in this field. (2) Detailed summary of the company. (3) C.V. of the consulting team. Bidder is also requested to submit the full tender, the implementation stages & the cost of every stage.
