| Description | An Egyptian Austrian joint venture formed to implement a Euro 105 million project on 400 feddans land in Ein Al Sukhna, in Suez to produce biological fuel & medical glycerin. Project, involving Ein Al Sukhna Port Development Co., of the Egyptian side, will be implemented over several stages. By the end of its first stage, the project will produce annually 40,000 tons of biological fuel & 4,000 tons of medical glycerin. That stage is scheduled for completion in 12 months. An initial 400 feddans farm of gatrova plantation [a desert plant] irrigated by drainage water will back the scheme. |
