Riyadh based Al Moqbel Co. for Real Estate Investments has revealed plans to build four residential & hotel towers in Cairo, under $ 64 million estimated investments. It said it has already bought the land for its project located at Maadi Zone, near the Armed Forces Hospital (on Maadi Cornish). Each tower would be of 17 floors. The company has further revealed that it is negotiating with a large sized Egyptian contractor at present project execution, scheduled for completion in 2 years. |
