An Italian Group identified as Domena has announced plans to invest up to $ 2.5 billion in tourist projects in Sharm Al Sheikh, Hurghada and Alexandria. Scheme would be the largest Italian investment in the country. So far ENI got the lead with $ 2 billion investments in gas liquefication schemes in Edkou and Damietta. Development took place on the occasion of a conference titled: Italy & Investing in Egypt, held recently in Cairo under sponsorship of GAFI – General Authority for Investment. |
