Qualifications requirements include : (a) Bidder should have a minimum level of 5 years experience as manufacturer or agent for similar type of goods. (b) Average of the previous three years annual revenue should reach double the bid price. (c) Any bidder should have a local agent to provide after sales service & maintenance at time of award. (d) A margin of preference for eligible national contractors shall not be applied. An additional fee of $ 65 is requested to provide for documents to be sent out of Egypt via DHL. |
