| Description | A bulletin recently released by the IDSC – Cabinet Information & Decision Support Center, quoted in the media indicated that the number of new joint stock companies established in Egypt during the first 10 months of 2004 increased to 2,670 companies capitalized at L.E. 25.1 billion. That compares with 1,868 companies established during the same period of 2003 and capitalized at L.E. 12.7 billion. On the other hand, individual partnership companies established during the period declined to 17,109 only down from 23,831 in the comparison period. |
