World Bank endorsing in principal part finance for the new El Tebbin steam fired power station. The station would have a design capacity of 650 MW. Estimated project coasts are put at about L.E. 2 billion of which the equivalent of $ 300 million for the station foreign currency component. Implementing Agency is CEPC – Cairo Electricity Production Co. scheme aims at consolidating electricity supply within Greater Cairo. |
