| Description | Egypt Ministry of Health Care & Population said it is embarking on a plan to revamp up to 4,000 rural health care units in 2005/ 2006 country wide. So far the Ministry has completed the revamping of up to 1,000 rural health care units. That was announced by Egypt Minister of Health while addressing a conference held by the General Org. for Teaching Hospitals, stressing that several advanced medical services are now offered at those rural health care units.
