Involved are the Oriental Co. for Petrochemicals (of the Oriental Weavers Group) & the Holding Co. for Petrochemicals of the Petroleum Sector. New venture is identified as the Egyptian Co. for Propylene & Polypropylene. Project, scheduled for completion in 3 years, will be located in Port Said & will dispose on an annual design capacity of 350,000 tons.
