| Description | Sources of CBE – Central Bank of Egypt were quoted in the media revealing that the country foreign currency reserves have exceeded, for the first time since years, the $ 15 billion limit. They further disclosed that foreign currency receipts of banks during 2004 have almost tripled, above their level in 2003. Meanwhile, they added, the US Dollar/ Pound rate has stabilized at L.E. 6.19 – 6.22 Per one Dollar. |
